Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionspurplePlease request repeat medication using the tear-off slip from your prescription, in writing or by following the link on this page to the secure online form (you will need to carry out the simple, one-off registration).

We do not accept requests for prescriptions over the telephone.

You may prefer to fax your request; this is possible providing all patient medication details are stated clearly and precisely.

All prescriptions received before 11am will be ready for collection by the afternoon of the following working day, during opening hours.
