o ascertain where your nearest childhood clinic is situated and name of your health visitor, please telephone 020 3049 4780. A list of the childhood clinics in the area can also be picked up from reception. Most childhood immunizations are given at the surgery by our practice nurses. An appointment must be made through reception.
